Could we? yes we could paint the console. So look Konsole (terminal)
you can you decorate with a your favorite pictures. how ? it is fun ? hehehehe Actually I use this way when relaxed. its very simple manner, using opensource applications then sets bla bla bla so cool you know ? okay here we go.
1. search for images that you like.
I use the logo monkichi (characters who always dreamed of by my friend )
note : recommended maximum image consists of only two colors

after the pictures have been determined, use Gimp application
(I have on my slackware linux install) If not installed, install first.

next change the color of images into two formats with grayscale

Menu image -> Grayscale mode

resize the image menu -> scale image

make a comparison of image size width: height = 3: 1 so that the previous image 325×239 pixels to 180×60 pixels

later export in a way to save as ascii text format
( note here I’ve tried the format. Txt)

so that the previous file is monkichi.jpg it will grow again one file that is monkichi.txt

2. , open the text file earlier with a gui editor for your favorite (because I used KDE) I use kedit, so yes maybe klo pake pake gnome gedit ..
(I did it deliberately discolour kedit background, let a little dark)

ever afterwards to replace all characters thrown into ‘space’ (space)

Here I had to replace U ” ² space and becomes a space. Then :

the remaining characters ever use your favorite character, (here I use `#`)
then just trimming the rest stay …

3. to give color to the terminal when execute, create a bash script in a text file that had been made, looking at the pictures ..

coloring script console (terminal):

echo-e “\ E [27; 35m”

35 is a determinant of the value of color

Ket:
31 Red
32 green
33 orange
34 Black
35 pink
36 blue light
37 white
38 red light

to appear more cool again use the following link text converter

http://www.network-science.de/ascii/

after writing a little further added to the command execution in the console / terminal:

monkichi.txt bash

so that the view becomes

From some of these files is usually a file – binary files, shared libraries, core dump. If the linux of course we often find the file – the file format. So. nah this file is supporting files an application at the library on linux, so klo willing to open its contents are written in binary. (Very hard to read the manual)

ELF ELF file consists of a header followed by file data. Where data files include:
- Program header table
- Section header table
- Data in the program header table entry

ELF format has replaced the old executable formats such as a.out and COFF in many Unix-like operating systems such as Linux, Solaris, IRIX, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Dragonfly BSD, Syllable, and HP-UX (except for 32 – bit PA-RISC programs that continue to use the SOM). ELF also seen some adoption in non-Unix operating systems, such as the Itanium version of OpenVMS, BeOS Revision 4 and later for x86-based computer (where it replaces the Portable Executable format, where to stay with the version of the PowerPC Executable Format Preferred), and haiku. The PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo DS and GP2X consoles also use ELF. AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS also running on PowerPC machines, use the ELF. On the Amiga platform the ELF executable has replaced the previous EHF (Extended Format guy) that was used on Amigas equipped with PPC processor expansion cards. The Symbian OS v9 uses E32Image [3] format is based on the ELF file format.
Most Sony Ericsson (for example, W800i, W610, W300, etc.), some Siemens (SGOLD and platform SGOLD2: from Siemens C65 to S75 and BenQ-Siemens E71 / EL71) and Motorola (eg, E398, SLVR L7, v360, v3i and LTE2 phone that has all patches applied) phones can run ELF files through the use of a patch that adds code to the main assembly firmware (known as ELFPack, underground modding culture)

In linux we can download almost anything files, video, audia, image. Usually, most of people download files use downloader in web browser, because they just click the link files. But we can download anything files use another application in linux without web browser, one of the application is prozilla. Using prozilla can increase your speed download when downloading file from internet almost same with using IDM in W$, but i think prozilla more power full (lol).
http://forum.linux.or.id/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=13217&sid=0ac5460ef2061ba2458b4bad184a5cf6&start=15

- Download prozilla
If you using slackware you can just install from slackware package in this link

then install by typed

installpkg prozilla-2.0.4-i486-3dx.tgz

If you Using debian variant like ubuntu or linux mint or anything with debian variant use this link:

- Using prozilla
Now how to using prozilla ? In this tutorial using prozilla in command line mode, don’t be affraid it is quite easy, run your konsole or terminal and type this command :

proz -r -k=10 http://repo.ugm.ac.id/iso/slackware/13.0/slackware-13.0-install-dvd.iso

the explanation :

proz : was the application (prozilla)
